The main differences between Hobbyist and Pro are that Pro includes rack layout, ability to import 3D models, and a license to use the simulation videos for commercial purposes like bidding a show.
Each Finale 3D license is a single-user, single-machine license.
You can reset your machine activation to move your license to another computer up to twelve times per year. This makes it easy to occasionally switch computers or transfer your license after buying a new computer. However, if you regularly use more than one computer, then you’ll also need to purchase an Extra Machine License.
